Hot, hot hot Dean helping Cas when he is hurt so sweet kissing the pain away was very caring and showed how much Cas means to Dean. Lovely little touch with the birthday bought a sweet moment to the story. Dean knows how to celebrate and he made sure Cas enjoyed himself too.
