this fic made my heart thumping with excitement - first the awesome h/c with Dean caring so much for Cas and then the extreme opposite of torturer!Dean from hell.

Brilliant. Made me get in contact with my own cruel side cheering Dean on to get done with it. And the last line? So awesomely twisted. It made me smile.
