There are approximately 250,000 fic comms for Supernatural. I watch SPN on DVD so I'm always a season behind, and I just had no idea. How does anyone keep up with this fandom?

I'm kind of awed.

Every once in a while, I drop by at one the comms and find that at least three hours of my life disappear as I trawl through, reading fics.

It's craziness. Every other fandom I'm in has basically one general fic comm and then if breaks down according to pairing or slash or what have you. SPN has (goes to count) at least six non-specific fic comms. And they all updated within the past day!

That is a whole lot of fic.
