Y'know, it occurs to me that my super_disney fic could be carrying the unintended message of "Stockholm Syndrome = Yay!", considering the whole premise is that Cas kidnaps Dean, then despite being pissed off at first Dean gradually comes to understand and sympathize with him until at the end they wind up together. And I'm not sure that it being a semi-accidental kidnapping really helps, all things considered.

At least Cas feels really, really bad about it?

Oh well. I'm 11k in. Too late now.

But you see, Dean wasn't ever supposed to know he was kidnapped! (Shockingly, Cas using that argument does nothing to make Dean feel better about the whole thing. Especially since Dean only tracks him down in the first place because he catches Cas in his bedroom in the middle of the night. Observing him. For science..:)

If it helps at all, I think my big_bang_mixup piece might be implying that homophobic religious figures just need hot sex with Dean Winchester. I should probably work on that.

I think we're all good to go on this front, actually. I mean, if fanfics (or any story really) were a good blueprint for actual relationships, they would be supremely boring. Weirdness and tension make for a better story, and in the end, it ain't real sooooo *vague shrug* I'm just saying.

Can't wait to see this and giggle like a mad thing.
