Y'know, it occurs to me that my [livejournal.com profile] super_disney fic could be carrying the unintended message of "Stockholm Syndrome = Yay!", considering the whole premise is that Cas kidnaps Dean, then despite being pissed off at first Dean gradually comes to understand and sympathize with him until at the end they wind up together. And I'm not sure that it being a semi-accidental kidnapping really helps, all things considered.

At least Cas feels really, really bad about it?

Oh well. I'm 11k in. Too late now.

Whether you're a fan or not, can we all agree that "Queer" by Garbage is Meg's theme song? Especially if you ship Meg/Cas, as I know some of you do.:)

Kink_bingo sign ups are supposed to start around 3 EST today, so I should have my card in my inbox by the time I get home --- or at the very least by the time I get back from church, which fills me with the lolz.

I am excite. Hopefully I won't completely fail to post anything during the actual challenge period like last year. (I did manage one solitary fix for amnesty, so at least I'm allowed a card this go round.)

In other news, the new job is continuing apace. There's a Dunkin Donuts close enough to walk to on my lunch break, so I've rediscovered my love for their lattes (Oh, sweet love, never leave me again). Everyone is so nice; after my last job where you got the evil eye for taking too many bathroom breaks being hounded to take a full lunch hour is taking some adjustment. I'm half-expecting to discover that the whole thing is a front for an Angel-style demonic group. And they're so nice I wouldn't mind.

*pokes fic* Y'know Jack, Faith, I really didn't expect you guys to do so much talking. Seriously, I'm glad you two are getting along and trading war stories and all, but c'mon. (I fail at writing short and sweet.)
