Thoughts on last night's TNA iMPACT!

misachanYes, it's supposed to be capitalized like that. I know, I know. Yeah, the company really does call itself TNA. Hey, buyrates were hard to come by in the beginning, and now they're stuck.
TNA has got to stop teasing me with giving AJ and Daniels the tag belts. This is around the third time they've contended for them, and I don't know if I can take more shenanigans.
Sometimes I amuse myself by imagining this coming about in-character, considering the last time these two were in each other's orbit was the whole towel-throwing incident. It's so easy to see AJ the SuperFace going backstage after Lockdown, seeing Daniels sitting there bummed about getting screwed in his match, and getting the inspiration to combine his new crusade to purify the tag titles with cheering up his rival.
AJ: (sliding in next to Daniels) Chris, sorry about what happened in your match.
Daniels: (glare) Yeah.
AJ: Who would have guessed Low Ki was coming back, huh?
Daniels: I think he's calling himself Sanshii now.
AJ: Yeah, what's with that?
Daniels: I don't know. Look, Styles, do you have a point here?
AJ: 'Course. I got a revelation out there tonight
Daniels: (blink)
AJ: AMW have been dragging down the NWA titles for too long. Someone should put a stop to it.
Daniels: (sigh) This is another one of your things, isn't it. Like Joe not following the X Division "code."
AJ: Exactly. (blathers on about champions, and standards, and making examples)
Daniels: Styles? The point?
AJ: Wanna make a run at the tag titles?
Daniels: ...
AJ: (more about codes, and representing TNA, and How Things Should Be)
Daniels: (interrupting) I'd get a title out of this, right?
AJ: Of course.
Daniels: Fine, whatever.
AJ: Awesome. (leaves)
Aside from my X-Division happies, it gives me such schadenfreude that Luger looks like he's been hitting the crack. Sting needs more friends who aren't convicted felons.
I changed my laptop sounds to a dalek theme, and now I'm terrified to turn it off. Sometimes, I am dumb.
