I have had one or two that didn't want it. I think they were weird out by someone maybe interpreting it different from how they see it. Not really sure. I think it's a great honor to be able to give something back to the author and I know the authors I've worked with feel amazed with their fics have inspired art/vis etc. I am totally in love with big bangs now. I know I'm not going to be easily able to not sign up for another (I'm doing the SPN-cross over challenge hehe).
