Question can be as wacky as you want. Ask me about tv shows, characters, fanfic in general, fandom issues/meta, anything about any of my stories specifically. Whatever you want.

If the question if about a fandom I know nothing about, I'll just make it up based on what I've heard about it from LJ.:)

Your main fandom of the year? Tie between Heroes and Doctor Who. One of the reasons this is my default icon is that it combines my two favorite things into one awesome 100 X 100 pixel package.

Your favourite film watched this year? The Dark Knight. I probably enjoyed Iron Man more, in a pure "This is awesome!" sense but DK got under my skin. As soon as I walked out of the theater I wanted to go right back in and watch it again. Beautiful film; that final confrontation between the Joker and Batman, with the camera turning around so that the Joker looks like he's flying, is I think one of the most beautiful scenes over shot.

Your favourite book read this year? I don't remember if I read A Game of Thrones this year or last year, but I'll just choose it anyway. I loved Dreams From My Father, too.

Your favourite album or song to listen to this year? Song: "When You Were Young" by The Killers. I love love love love love this song, and that rapture was only enhanced when I found that amazing Doctor Who vid to it. Album: probably "Murder Ballads" by Nick Cave.

Your favourite TV show of the year? Doctor Who, with Heroes, Lost, House, Bones and Supernatural right behind. Oh, and Metalocalypse!

Your best new fandom discovery of the year? Dexter. Ooh, and Phoenix Wright! I think I've lost the ability to play non-lawyer video games.

Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year? The Writer's Strike. Terrence Howard getting canned from Iron Man (whhhhhyyyyy?).

Your TV boyfriend of the year? Gosh. Um...Probably a tie between the Doctor and Peter, since they're my two favorite characters on my two favorite shows.

Your TV girlfriend of the year? Kara Thrace. She's pure concentrated awesome.

Your biggest squee moment of the year? Christopher Eccleston being cast as Destro. Real life witnesses will testify that I when I saw that confirmed in Wizard I literally couldn't speak, I was in such a state of fannish glee. My favorite actor playing my favorite character? I'm so there.

For a runner up, I squeed so loud when Romo Lampkin showed up on BSG that all dogs within a two-block radius probably heard. I'm the only one in the entire fandom who loved that episode.:)

The most missed of your old fandoms? I really miss Buffy, actually.

The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to? Mad Men.

Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year? The Guy Ritche Sherlock Holmes movie. G.I. Joe (pleasedontsuck). Watchmen. The regeneration, although I dread it at the same time. (Teeeeeeeeennnnnnnn!) And new Pokemon!
