What a terrifying description of Elle's childhood, even more so because of Claude's POV on it. If a man as seemingly cynnical as him can feel so horrified, then it had to be truly awful. Bob is especially scary and despicable, chills run down my spine when he asks Elle not to cry because it ruins the experiment. The parallel with Fankestein and the creation of a monster was well thought, I liked when Claude remembers the scene in the movie and compares it to Elle's experience. The twelve-year-old Elle, frying people in a tantrum, is utterly frightening and even more so is Bob's manipulation. I think it's a very interesting perspective into the reasons Claude might have wanted to protect another special from the Company. All in all, I liked your fic very much.
