Hurley and Ben as the Island's protectors was one of the many, many, many things I loved about the finale. It was so fitting and perfect and I loved that Hurley asked and I loved that Ben pointed out to him that he didn't have to be Jacob, that he could be a better Jacob. I loved it so so SO MUCH, I can't even put it into words.
Also, I could watch Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn act opposite each other every day of the week. And twice on Sundays.
