Clint/Coulson hadn't even occurred to me as a pairing until I read sirona_gs fics about them (I'd forgotten Clint was in Thor entirely!) I think I would have come around to Clint/Coulson/Nat anyway - I loved her relationships with both of them in the movie, the voice crack in the phone call and Phil calling her Tasha and her teasing him about his cards, and of course the obvious connection between her and Clint - but going into the movie with those Clint/Coulson fics in the back of my mind certainly helped it along.

SPN wise, Dean/Victor had never occurred to me until I saw fics of it and then it was like, "Well, obviously." Sometimes my slash goggles are cloudy; I didn't see Doctor/Master as a potential pairing until I saw it in fandom either.
