1. Sylar saying "golly" never, ever stops being funny.
2. Poor, innocent Maya. Sweetie, sometimes when something seems too good to be true, it's because you have a serial killer in your car who wants to eat your brain. I'm glad Alejandro's spider sense started tingling; even with his English not being as good as Maya's he still got the creepy vibe from Sylar. I liked the "So, you've read the book, are friends with the doctor we're trying to find, and just happen to be heading to New York. Really," look he had on his face.
3. Monica doing the 619 was kind of awesome. Telephotographic reflexes may well be my new favorite power on this show; she's like the Taskmaster, except he mimics what he sees in person and it seems like she mimics what she sees on TV. She should immediately go watch some marathons of Conquest and Human Weapon.
4. On the subject of Monica, I find it very interesting that both she and Micah appear to have technology based powers. It makes me wonder what power Granny Uhura has, since I don't believe for a second she's not involved somehow in all of this.
5. I continue to love Parkman and Mohinder being adorable and domestic. They even bicker like a married couple.
6. That said, bwahahaha, Parkman! The revelation that WTTB was his dad completely shocked me, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense that the show's only telepath would be related to someone to all appearances has high-level telepathy. It also made me wonder just how high Parkman's potential really is.
7. Now let's talk about the Picture. You know what Papa Petrelli's pose reminded me of in that picture? The mural that used to be behind the altar in my church. The mural showed Jesus on the cross, with all the apostles looking up at him --- except for Judas, who looked out at the congregation. Obviously this symbolized his betrayal, and I wonder if we're supposed to read something similar into Papa Petrelli's looking away from the camera. We know that most if not all of the Originals were involved with the Company (and freaking Midas was in that picture, which I didn't expect at all), even if at least Deveaux and Kaito got cold feet later on. Maybe Petrelli was the first one to "lose his way."
8. I desperately want a flashback of Nathan's childhood. Something clearly went wrong to produce someone this codependent; Peter has his mental screw ups (and we know most of them, like his incredible lack of confidence, were caused intentionally by their mom), but he's the picture of mental health compared to Nathan.
9. Oh, Bennet. I'm not all that upset that Claire's lying (she's sixteen, it happens), but I am upset that it looks like Bennet's sliding back into the old pattern. He needs to bring Sandra in on things.
10. I missed Peter and Hiro. And Kensei! I had no idea how much I'd grown to like him until I realized he wouldn't be in the episode.
Does anyone know what's up with
crack_van? It hasn't been updated since September. Did I miss an announcement?

Mohinder is such a mom. Seriously. And the twist about Matt's father was so unexpected! It was almost out of freaking nowhere. It was like, "Oh yeah, here's a picture of everyone. By the way, THAT'S MATT'S DAD." *instant commercial break*
